The structure

I enjoy it. It is a very read, and I would incorporate it into my live.

Life changing

This book has changed my perspective on approaching projects at work as well how to make changes in my personal life. It used plain language a a variety of practical examples to explain the concepts. What I liked about the concepts is that it reframes the problem on a positive way. Starting off solving problems lie thus should lead to less resistance. I lead a project based team and this book is getting added to the onboarding process of new team members. All current team members will be required to read it and apply to all current projects.

Side note - the narrator was not the author and I think it hurt the performance. He sounded like he was just reading and did not believe what he was selling. There was nothing to engage me and draw me in. I was struggling to focus until the book started applying the concepts to the case studies.

Great follow up

Great details and follow up to do what matters most…. Create the vision for your life, design it and make it…. Don’t live life by default

Amazing Process --- Total game-changer!

I"ve used this process numerous times personally and with our team. It seems so simple, yet it's so powerful, and it's changed the way we approach challenges. Our entire team is now familiar with this process, and we use it often. I've used it with some of the biggest issues and developed a clear plan forward to address them. Highly recommend this book!

Wonderful book on Visions and goals

Loved the step by step plan and examples of how to have visions and goals in our life!

I won't deny good points are made, they lose big points because of the erratic nature where each chapter has 4+ "stories" to follow on the 6 step process.
each chapter seems devoted to each step but the massive story jumps distracts a listener between a story following a pyramid scheme sales rep whom has to recruit new scammers for her to somehow earn a passive income or a individual that was unemployed for 18months without really even giggling early enough that he was a apparently a software engineer that for some rain was focused on the bosses being able to sleep well instead of himself i.e by going freelance or developing his own business.

i did gain insight but a 5 minute run would have done the same without the scammer, marriage or software engineer.
The chapter names are effectively a summary of the content.
so not worth paying for but maybe a credit if you bypass the shameless self promotion that is littered through albeit not fully obnoxiously but almost.
