I rarely write actual reviews, but I have to give a shout out to both writer and reader for this one. The plot is twisty enough to entertain without stressing me out. The main character is funny, kind, and above all, intelligent. None of those cringing "why do you suddenly think you don't need help saving the world when you couldn't find your own keys last chapter" moments. I'm looking forward to the third coming out on Audible!

I don't mind the reader. I like Ivy, Brutus and Rafe. The story was good. it wall tied up nicely in the end. I will listen to the next book.

I kind of stumbled on this series, no one recommended it to me but I thought it looked like a fun book and I needed another audible for my drive to work. I’ve ended up LOVING these books so much. Ivy is funny and the plot is interesting. The narrator does a great job with voices and each book is just so random as far as the storyline - this one in particular really had me laughing. 100% recommend this series.
