great story

awesome story and wonderfully narrated. i love the writing of the clones it really gives you a better look at rex for sure.

Great story!

I thought this was a really good story. Worth the read. Loved 'hearing' the thoughts of Anakin. This is the beginning of the sweet friendship between Anakin and Ahsoka.

Great book, I recommend this novel to any star wars fan of books or movies

I really enjoyed this book. I think it did very well with and explaining many things that weren't explained in the movie.

Karen Traviss wrote some great SW stories

She really made an underwhelming movie into a great story here. I wish they'd make audiobooks of their Clone Trooper books.

Fantastic work!

It is incredible how Karen Traviss took a decent movie into a great story, providing insight on the less known characters, specially the clones that are her specialty. Even though you may know the outcome from the movie, you are sitting on the edge of the chair because of this masterful adaptation. And not only the story, but the general production of the audiobook excels at conveying you are in the Star Wars universe. Jeff Gurner is a superb narrator and his voice work is astonishing. I highly recommend this book.

Better than movie, should've been canon...

This book was fan-freaken-tastic! Way more in depth than the movie, much, much, MUCH more in depth. My only wish would have been that this been made canon.

Great "read", wonderful time passer, definitely worth buying.

A great intro to new Star Wars saga

A fantastic intro to the cowboy Jedi Kannen, posssibly the coolest Jedi evdr, the beautiful and amazfing Herra, and one awesomw ship.We get to see how the Empire makes everyday people's lives miserable,the rot, and the first big action of the rebellion and the Rebels. Very well narrated with excuisite voicing of every character giving us the sense of what the characters are like and look (his voicing of Herra is indeed alluring and makes you believe it is what grabbed Kannen's attention first, even if the excellent tv voice for is more motherly), this book is a great listen and one you will repeat. One of the best in the whole SW corpus.
