Oh and not just cute but hot as heck moments that make you all heated up!! Amazing narrative done by Andi Arndt!

I liked Heather and Seth as a couple. How similar they were. How one of them was able to come to terms with their past, but the other feel shame from it.

My issues come from Heather not being able to figure out who Seth was. Google and IMDB is a thing and to become intimate with someone and NOT have any idea who they were?

Then there was the morning after pill thing. It made absolutely no sense to not want to take it especially when Heather had a history of taking birth control.

What I really liked? Giving back to schools. That whole Urban Arts thing was just awesome. And to make it a significant part of the relationship was great.

Andi is excellent as always. How is she so good?!

Also, can the Lexie character get a book?

Loved it

I loved the hero but the heroine drove me crazy in the first half of the book. But besides that, it was a really good story!

I like the role reversal of this story. It's nice to read about the woman in the power position for a change! Great story line & steamy sexy times. Narration by Andi Arndt = greatness!

Mesmerizing!

Heather and Seth's romance is absolutely mesmerizing! Laurelin Paige
creates wonderfully complex characters that will break your heart and a story that is guaranteed to grab your attention and leave you breathless. Andi Arndt is my very favorite narrator EVER!

Is this secret really such a big deal?

First of all let me say I really enjoyed the book. I liked the characters, and appreciated how they developed both together and apart. The reason for my low story rating is not because I didn't like the story, it's that this big "secret" he's keeping from her is just so NOT a big deal, and I can't understand why it's made out as such throughout the book. Oooo he's an incredibly successful soon-to-be Oscar nominated Set Designer, not JUST a carpenter afterall... heaven forbid, let's break up! A big secret is that he was accused of murder or something, not that he's good at his Hollywood job. I would still encourage people to listen to the book if they want a steamy romance, just be prepared to roll your eyes at the childish way they both react to Seth's "BIG" secret and betrayal.

a good read for the romantic sex fiend. all women are not fragile we all have a darker side to us and need someone who will cater to that edge of roughness some of us need.

The Paige Style Comes Through Clear

Really enjoyed this story. Love the popular star and the rugged carpenter who really isn't just a carpenter. The story was great. I just thought that Heather was a little too critical about Seth's deceit. A bit silly, but to some, it might make a difference, as it did to Heather. When I get so involved in the story, I know it is a great one. One of my favorite narrators, Andi Arndt, did a masterful job with the characters of this story.

I had butterflies the entire time

I really enjoyed this book so much. It’s extremely heartfelt and Andi Arndt did a wonderful job as always. Her voice is always the best. I found myself melting so many times. Saying awe and tears brimming in my eyes. I didn’t laugh much but that’s okay since most of that was replaced with swooning this time and a constant flutter in my belly. The sex scenes are spicy too with a nice side of naughty and raw in them. I recommend this book.
