Loved this backstory!

This was a lovely addition to the Green River universe. An great backstory - sweet, raw, brave, and beautiful. Couldn't put it down!

This was such a great short story and so much alliteration building for the next book! Ellen archer still one of the best narrators ever!

I felt like I knew the main character

The character development is excellent. The author makes you feel like you know them personally. It is excellent!

The best voice actor I’ve heard

I like the way that she seamlessly change character voices, and was so pronounced different that I knew who the character was before she had utter the first word. She may miss a very enjoyable read.

Another favorite in this series from this author. They story flows so well, and keeps you engaged. Love the narrator.

Another Green Rider Success

This is a great, albeit, short book. I bought it because the main character is one of my favorites. Ellen Archer as the narrator is literally the voice of this series and she brought the story of Larin Mapstone to life. Well written and well voiced.

Wonderful

I loved this story! Great to hear how Col.Mapstone got her scar. I loved the hermit and the forester. Just too short :) can’t wait for the next book.
