Magnificent Book on Listening to Signs from the Un

Layla did a great job on presenting the information in this book. She presented steps to connecting and communicating with our spirit helpers so that we may live a happier and more fulfilled life with yur spirit guides.

In her book, she asks the questions "How Do You Know the Universe is Calling You?" and "How Can You Be Sure the Universe is Reaching Out to You?"

Well, she discusses some of the different ways signs comes to us and how we should trust our unconscious mind and our instincts. Plus, she discussed six categories in which spirit guides may use to try to get our attention.

Highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to learn more about Spirit Guides.

Good Beginner Book

I listened to this book in an hour, so this is an easy listen. It gives some good information on developing and dipping your toe into spirituality. If you have developed in your spirituality at all, no matter your spiritual lens, this book will seem like it's too basic; however, if you have never connected to the Divine, or if you have been in a tradition in which you weren't taught to access your spiritual eyes and insights, this book will be good for helping you develop in that way.

Good Advice

I liked this it gives good advice on spirit guides. I liked the narrative . It was easy to understand. The author wrote with passion about her topic. It made me want to continue to listen.

Disappointed

I was excited to learn about Spirit Guides as I am a beginner in the Mystic World. Listening to the book I did not find the person reading the book to be suitable for this type of book. The reader was monotone and not suited for this type of subject matter.

I found the content did not teach me anything new. I don't know if the monotony of the reader had an effect on my decision. Without being able to read along with the reader, I could not find anything I didn't already know.

I plan on reading "Spirit Guides for the Beginner...." myself to determine if I have left the right review for this book. I do not feel this book taught me anything new that life hasn't taught me already.
