Narration was Perfection!

We all know what Troy Duran sounds like and, of course, he was great. But Vanessa Moyen KNOCKED this out of the park! The performance? Top notch. The pacing? Top Notch. The voice? Top notch. I absolutely loved this because of HER, not because of the story, which lacked. a little for me (but I like spicier things) and seemed like every other New Orleans voodoo novella. If you're going to read this, LISTEN TO IT! Vanessa made me giggle and swoon. Is this a cute easy story with a single spicy scene? If that is your jam, then it's perfect for you. If you like stories on the spicier side? maybe not for you.

I tried

the story was well written. I just really disliked the mfc petra. she was obnoxious, and rude. the mmc was great, and the narrators were great.

New Orleans and Curses!

New Orleans and Curses just seem to go together. I'm relieved it doesn't feel overdone in this short story. And old concept refreshed for the modern day that pulls you in. I enjoyed it.

Interesting

Overall I really enjoyed this story. there was some funny bits. they're definitely was some spooky bits in there too The little bit of slice was nice. And Troy Duran was perfection per the usual.

Fun and short

This was super fun! I loved the banter that JT is a master at producing. A short little story to get you into the seasonal mood. It definitely leaves you wanting more. Vanessa and Troy were as usual amazing and they really get into their characters and just always bring a story to life.

My favorite of the short story series this far!

I loved everything about this story! The characters, the voice actors, the setting, the supernatural twist! This is how you write a smutty short paranormal romance with snark! And the author left me wanting more in all the best ways!

Kind of spooky

Perfect for the Halloween season. I was surprised at how creepy this short story was. I should have known with this author and these narrators that I would have chills, but I was still surprised.

Short and full of plot

This book was short but full of plot. Great narrators in a duet narration. I highly recommend.

Quick Story

It was a good story, the plot was just a bit too rushed for me. The characters were interesting and I would have like to have a bitmore back story or adventure.
