Great performance!

I loved the story! Very compelling. And the story readers/performers were excellent. This is a great production.

Wonderful tale to listen to, and a bit of a twist at the end. The different readers were great.

A but of a slow start

A bit of a slow start, but really entertaining. The reading felt like a movie, loved the performance. Loved the little twist at the end! Overall really enjoyable!

Loved this book

This was my first audible book, and I am officially hooked. Emery is a great, flawed protagonist, and the island is the mysterious, ancient omniscient setting of my dreams. Can’t wait to come back.

Spectacular

This book is perfection. I’m pretty sure Adrienne Young infused it with magic and made sure that the reader could never forget the book. The twists and turns kept me on the edge of my seat until the very end!

wonderfully narrated, I loved the story from end to finish. I'm not much into romance but this story kept me on the edge of my seat, right level of suspense and magic.

Wow, I couldn’t stop listening to this book! ✨ Magic! It was written so well and I didn’t see the twists and turns that came all through the book. Loved the full cast for the audio too and definitely can’t wait to read more of Adrienne’s backlist.

Just freaking wow.

I put off this book for a while, because I’m not much for fantasy. However, I’m slowly becoming more obsessed, so I dove in and suffice it to say, I LOVED this book. It’s a great option for fantasy beginners.

The story of Emery and August is so heart wrenching. The redemption is divine, and I was rooting for them the whole time. The multiple small twist throughout really hook you in and then that kicker out the end… 🤯

Alas, the clues were too clear

I had solved the mystery from one of the earliest chapters. Was hoping for more from the women in the story and the enchantment. But I still enjoyed listening to the story unfold from multiple perspectives—a good book to relax with

Not bad

I had fun, it is a real nice story. But I have a couple of complaints mostly on the magic, it wasn’t used enough, it ties a lot of knots but still there was a lot more that could have been done with it. And, did they really trash the kid’s drawing in front of her just like that? L.m.a.o.
