love a good story about dragons

this was a great listen, I couldn't stop, I went through it far too fast. I loved the elemental take on dragons, I hope this turns into a series.

Adorable book!

This was such a cute book. I read it for Oregon Battle of the Books and am always happy when there is one that I know the kids will love! Such wonderful lessons of friendship and courage. Even made me think of how I can help those around me even if it seems hard. Excited for the students to read it!

LOVE. IT.

Mina, a shy girl, reminds me a lot of myself. I’m always looking for a way to hide away in my shell. But after listening to this book, I’ve been able to face me fears much more. The author’s writing style really makes this book what it is. Her use of words is amazing! The storyline is so well plotted and planned!
PLEASE, PLEASE, buy this book. You won’t regret it.

The quiet ones have the loudest voices

I loved it! At first I wasn’t sure but as the story went I fell in love with it and the characters. I’d love to read more about them.

Great book

I absolutely loved this book. My first introduction to Sarah Beth Durst was The Spellshop. It made me want to read more of her writing. When I discovered she wrote middle grade books, I was hooked!
This story of Mina and Pixit means a lot to me, because like Mina, I was a quiet girl. However, being quiet doesn’t mean that you don’t have something to say, and having something to say doesn’t mean you have to be loud. Mina learns this lesson and grows into the Storm Guardian she is meant to be.

I LOVE reading this book

This book is perfect for me and I love how it has sadness, excitement, and happiness!!

Such a cute and helpful story!

I don’t remember books having such good personal lessons when I was a kid. Some of them would’ve been helpful for me to learn when I was growing up. This was such a cute story and so entertaining. I loved it and want more!

Heartwarming

I needed a pallet cleanser between series and found this book, I finished it very quickly, I couldn’t stop listening. Very heartwarming and sweet, I would read again for sure.
