Great book!

I loved it! Christi Caldwell is an amazing author. I can't wait to hear the rest of the series. Romance and humor with a little mystery and suspense.

Narrator

He was good but the drag at the end of the sentence drove me nuts

Just the escape I needed

Far fetched. Yes. But everything a regency lover wants and needs in a regency romance.

The narrators were great too. I don’t normally love when there’s a male and female narrator, but this one worked well.

Well, not as good as anticipated

This story has been in my wishlist for a long time as I waited for my credits to reload. With stories that I have to pay for or use credits I naturally assume they will be better than those included in my membership. I am a huge Christi Caldwell fan but this story disappointed. It was alright, just alright. Not great.

My favorite so far!

I have enjoyed all of Christy Caldwell’s books but this has to be my favorite. I really enjoyed the family dynamic of Clayton’s family and all the humor. The love story was so sweet with very little angst, and a lot of steam! I highly recommend
