This was my first book by this author, I believe this is the authors first book and you could tell she will have to develope her passion scenes better but I did enjoy the story.

I've listened to this book 5 times lol

I love this audio book. It isn't far fetched. I think I would have had to really beat Tia down though. She was low down.

Kissing Frogs before you find your Prince

1st of all, I always enjoy Philadelphia & everything located in that Tri-State area keeps my attention. This young lady has grown up with a deadbeat daddy & an overbearing mother. She wastes most of her young life in her thoughts in wishing & making up imaginary scenarios about, "what if my dad", & kissing frogs & settling for the BS. She finally has a breakthrough, a wake up call. This is an excellent read. The author & the narrator blended so well. Wow!!

Entertaining but predictable

The things I like about the book are that the main characters are well-developed, the characters were realistic, and there were several funny scenes. What I didn't like is that the story is predictable and is a just a slight variation on and old theme: boy meets girl, boy loses girl, boy woos girl back into his life, they live happily ever after.

Not my type of book but this was a good book. Finding true love is like finding true friends....Hard To Come By but when you do appreciate & cherish them.

Loved IT

Would you listen to Somebody Else’s Man again? Why?

yes, i have relistened to everything this author has ever done

What other book might you compare Somebody Else’s Man to and why?

If i had to say i would say either We Take this man or Yo Yo love just because of the concept of a man being somebody else's

Have you listened to any of Simi Howe’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Yes and i love all of her performances

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

yes

Any additional comments?

I love all book by Daaimah S Poole. I always feel like i am listening to something that happened to a girlfriend. The dialogue is always great. I would give any book she did a listen or read
