A sense of peace
I picked this audiobook because I often feel tense and forget to notice how my body feels. Sometimes, I stay in my head too much and worry a lot. This audiobook helped me slow down. It showed me how to sit still, breathe, and feel my body from the inside. I learned to notice where I felt tight or tired, and how to relax those spots with simple movements or just kind thoughts.
