Loved it

This was perfect Master and Slave love story of Isaac and Katia. Lauren Landish & Willow Winters were perfect with the story and characters and their situation. This was my first listen from Hayden Bishop and I wasn't disappointed at all. He brought something special to characters. I definitely recommend it.

Surprisingly heartwarming and touching!

Although this story was hot, sexy, and delicious, it was unexpectedly warm and beautiful. I truly believe there is a person that is your soulmate and if you're lucky enough to find them, you need to hold on as tight as you can and never let go. That was what this story was about, soul mates. It was beautiful and I highly recommend it, along with the steamy romance scenes, the dominance, and the submission, not to mention the hot sex!

There's is a lot in the story itself. it is about two damaged people who found solace in each other's arms despite the fact they struggled with finding themselves even worthy to be loved, but in the end, aren't we all human, flawed and broken? Don't we deserve forgiveness and love? I think we do and this story is a perfect example of this. Read it, you can't go wrong.

Holy shit!!! This book was spicy af!

Damn this book was intense. I literally had to start reading another book while in the midst of reading this book to ease some of the intenseness of this book. It ending up being so good. Had my emotions all over the place but the ending was great!! Loved it. Very dark so definitely be cautious.

Gritty...but satisfying

After Katia survived a deathdifying ordeal she feels broken in so many ways. Isaac sees her as a diamond in the rough. Katia feels so damaged but Isaac feels compelled to help her heal. Question is who saves who? This is a very dark romance but makes you appreciate the HEA in the end.
Hayden Bishop does a wonderful job narrating this story as you take a ride along the emotional journey with the characters.

I love the stories where the woman is auctioned and then spends a month pleasing him in theory when it's really her who is having all her fantasies fullfilled.

Okay, so after getting fully immersed in Club X, I smashed straight into book 2. This one is a bit heavier. It made me think, could someone who was struggling with such tr@uma in their past really need a M@ster sl@ve relationship to heal? I decided, I really didn’t know and I would just see where this goes.

I was pulled into this story by Isaac's care for his Kitten. Yes, he’s the dominant in this relationship but it really is all about Katia and what she needs to work through her past. He pushes her and pushes her and watches as she breaks through the chains to take her power back.

This gives us a deeper look at the lifestyle and what a 24/7 power exchange looks like. Disclaimer here, I don’t know if this is a true representation of the lifestyle but the spicy times are de-fkn-licious and once again left me breathy and sweaty!

The way that Katia pushes back though, that’s the gold right there. Once she has her power, she’s ready to help him heal too. It really is quite beautiful how they need each other.

Brooke and Douglas do another good job bringing all the emotions. I think they stepped it up a notch from BOUGHT. I’m sure it’s because of the intensity of the subject matter, but whatever it was, it worked.

So get ready for all the emotions and all the spice in SOLD.
