Caroline Clays narration of Peter Krass book is wonderful! For those wanting to know even more about one of America's national Icons! It's a quick listen filled with details I'd never heard before as well. It's about not just who Sojourner Truth was as a Woman & American but what real moral courage is and how to lead with it by personal example and integrity! Shine On Ms. Truth! As it has been written already even before the trurh, will, in fact, set you free!

The story of Sojourner Truth was absolutely compelling. I enjoyed learning about this stoic, persevering American figure who relentlessly pursued her freedom. I admire Truth's passion and no-nonsense attitude towards the antagonists throughou ther life. Her wit and clever comebacks to her former slave master and doubters were some of the best highlights of this book. Sojourner was the truth.. a remarkable woman who defied the hardships of her time and left an amazing legacy of true patriotism and honor.
