Pretty good, up to date, clearly presented

Pretty good, up to date, clearly presented. Hits you with lots of marketing, which is a bit annoying but shouldn't be unexpected in a Marketing Workbook. It gave me an improved perspective on how to think about, approach and use social media.

Good one!!!

Definitely for someone (like me) who has very little social media experience and doesn't want to waste time testing the waters without a discernible plan. I'm on social media first-and-foremost to market my business and this book delivers for that. It's full of actionable items, freebies, links, and suggestions.

SO much useful information!

This is a very comprehensive, yet easy to understand, book about SMM. I've only gotten through the first chapter but there is SO much useful information! A definite must for learning everything there is to know about SMM.

I am a beginner when it comes to the mechanics of social media. I really needed a handbook format that would lead me through exercises so that I could build understanding. I know a fair amount the behavioral aspects of marketing but little about how social media taps into feelings. This is a good primer. Thanks!

The Perfect Social Media Introduction!

The Perfect Social Media Introduction! I purchased the Social Media book in hopes of shining a new light on the way that I do social networking for the business group I work for. I found it extremely helpful to go chapter by chapter and compare my social network and approach alongside what I was learning. I've read through this book multiple times and plan to reread it anytime I feel I need to realign my thinking. Buy this, you won't regret it!

Learning so much from this book!

I am learning so much from this book! I haven't gotten all the way through it but what I've learned so far is helping me to impress the couple of clients I've taken on so far for SMM and digital marketing. Will definitely return to this workbook time and again and will check out more of Robert Miller's stuff soon.
