A good afternoon read

I enjoyed this read very much. Steamy sex, sexy H, good setting. Not a cliffhanger.

Bad Boy comes Good

I loved this book, I just had to keep listening to it from the shocking start when Luther is so horrible to Sophie to the conclusion at Nirvana.

Sophie met and married Luther when she was very young, he was older then her and very controlling. She had never known another man. When she discovers in the most hurtful way that he has been unfaithful and wants a divorce she walks away with just two suitcases and what's left of her pride. Eventually she takes a job at Nirvana, a working dude ranch and there she meets Jared.

Jared is a loner, a ladies man with no intention of falling in love. He is damaged because of an abusive father and thinks he doesn't deserve someone like Sophie. Fate has a way of working things out and the story of how these two come together and heal each other was, in my opinion, a lovely well written love story.

The writing is good, the sex is hot and steamy and the ending was perfect.

Enjoyable Listen

Although this book is part of a series, this is a standalone listen. This book was very enjoyable and full of sex. I found this title to be original. I was voluntarily provided with this review copy audiobook at no charge by the author, narrator, and/or publisher.

Hot!

The story and scenes are hot. I liked how the h and H's relationship was developing. The end just seemed kind of abrupt. I wish it had ended differently.

Good Contemporary Romance

This is part of a series but you can enjoy it as a standalone. It is an interesting story with some heartbreak at first but an interesting love story about two very different characters that fall for each other.

The narrator does a great job bringing the story to life. He has a nice voice and pace.

The characters are interesting and there are some steamy scenes. The story was engaging and I really enjoyed the conclusion.
