It was slow getting to the point and the narrator voice is slow and it’s like she whispers.

A great beach read

Reading a good book while sitting on the beach is a vacation staple. Something that has a story line to grab a hold of you and not let you go until the very end. This book will entertain and satisfy your easy read vacation must. Especially if you’re at the beach on the Outer Banks. Well done!

Keeping my attention

Awesome book. The author keeps your attention right from the first paragraph to the last sentence in the book. I loved the characters how they develop. So many places to go for next book. I can’t wait.
This book should be on everyone’s reading list. A great beach read.

Smile Beach Murder

I thought this book was so cute! The genre for this book is ‘cozy mystery’s but it’s not one of those sickly sweet cozies. Smile Beach Murder leans more towards mystery than cozy. Which is perfectly fine with me! This book did follow the ‘clean’ or ‘wholesomeness’ of cozies. I really like when I can enjoy a good mystery that I don’t feel like I can’t read in public due to sex scenes. This book was great without all of that extraness.
This book did pull at my heartstrings several times. I loved how the author wove everything together so intricately. In the end, everything made sense.
The Outer Banks are such a beautiful area. I enjoyed reading about it and feeling like I was back in that area.
Also - I just loved Callie! She was so tenacious. Hoping to see big things for her in the future.
