Inspiring.. nothing more

It is sad that this book is so motivating for me, but still there are some key ingridience missing.

I was imaginging Silver Stallone reading the book all the time, it would be cool if he had done that.. but the most importand part is missing.. the exersices. Without them this book is a 3 star book, but should be 5 star!

Wow Great Listen

This is one of the best tapes I have listened too. it was very entertaining and also gives you some ideas about training and how not to.

Very inspiring

Sly is a great writer and great inspiration. I’ve been wanting to get this book for years and I was very pleased to find it on audible. Great book and great man!

Really appreciated this.....

I am a huge Sylvester Stallone fan anyway, so it was really nice to be able to relate with the things that he dealt with. I feel like he gave me permission to be me! that's all I've ever wanted!

This is a great book if you are a Rocky fan.then this is a must read

This is a story told by the great Sylvester Stallone of his life The making of Rocky,and other movies This book is a play by play to a healthy life he really gets into good eating an excercise methods that he has followed for over 20 years

Simple. Easy to understand...

Diet and workout advice by someone who knows what to do and is proven over the years. No stretched out highly scientific advice, but just as good. I listened to it all in one day and I got more from his advice than the hours and hours from others who I barely know.

Surprizing and informative

I am not a "Sly" fan by any means, but had seen him interviewed numerous times on non cinematic subjects and found him intelligent, driven and amusing. If you want to learn about nutrition, exercise and improving your life, and have an entertaining back story about SS, then this is really a very good book.

Real Motivation! Real Experience! Real Results!

At 414 pounds, I needed help. My health was failing. I worked in some of the finest restaraunts in my area. I can cook. All too well.
But the way I was cooking was killing me.

This book contains enough motivation to get you to hit the ground running! Learn from one of the most physically fit men in Hollywood, the secret about dieting.

You owe it to yourself to get the Right Information and the Right Motivation. I've tried them all. I have an extensive library. I suggest this book to all my friends.

There is another book I'd like to suggest as well. It's called Ultra-Metabolism. I'm using both of them to change the way I even look, or buy food.. the way I will continue to exercise.

If you are fan, I think you will love this book.

If you never saw even one of his films (you need to..haha) This book will inspire you. If you need to loose weight and feel better about yourself, this book may be just what you've been looking for.
