stupid bloody book
what is the point of a sleep book that fkn shouts everytime a new chapter starts. As for the arsehole "This is audible" guy. completely ruins the point of the book.

very calming and relaxing
very calming and relaxing. it's a pity that, after relaxing and drifting off to sleep, there was a booming voice at the end that woke me up saying Audible hopes i enjoyed the program.
whenever I can not sleep listening to Sue Fuller's book helps. Insomnia is been a burden & this is one tool that I use to combat it.
