it was exceptional. from the story to the characters. not as much action as I usually like but it delivers on every other count.

A fantastic start to a series

Meet wade-a human thief and a member of the local thieves guild who had been given a task which is expected to insurmountable to anyone. What follows is a whirlwind of schemes, adventure and the possibility of Wade and his two (then three) companions becoming absurdly rich...if they survive!

Great Story.

Unlike many of the Harem Fantasy books out there... this one has a decent story. Not as many steamy scenes as some of my favorite Harem Fantasy series, but the 2 scenes are pretty good.

Not your average fantasy book

There are so many of the same cookie cutter fantasy stories out there. It's getting so hard to find anything that's not a repeat of basically the same old flavor. I honestly didn't know what to expect from Skulduggery, when I started listening. But I am so glad I did. This book is turning into one of my favorites. Braking it down, it's basically a fantasy world prohibition era gangster origin story. And I love it!
