Publisher's summary

I spent 60 years in the school as a student, a teacher, and an elementary principal. My experiences with peer pressure, family dysfunction, evangelical fundamentalism, and lack of success in school strongly influenced my role as a professional educator. I use the power of story and humor to illustrate the life lessons I learned along the way.

A True life story, brought back many memories

Steve’s life’s story brought back many memories of my school, church, and adult work experiences. Easy to listen too, the narrator has a soothingly strong voice. Steve has a solid way of expressing himself that makes me feel happy, laughing at his real life’s trails and tribulation. Highly recommend this audiobook. Love it👍🏼
