Publisher's Summary

"In the realm of the Dark-Hunters, there is a code of honor that even immortal bad boys must follow: Harm no human. Drink no blood. Never fall in love. But every now and again, a Dark-Hunter thinks himself above the Code.

"That's when I'm summoned. Who am I? I'm the one thing the fearless fear. Step over the line, and it's my wrath you will face. Nothing can touch me. Nothing can sway me. I am relentless and unfeeling. Or so I thought, until I met a female Dark-Hunter who goes by the name of Danger - it's not just her name, it's how she lives her life. She doesn't trust me at all. And who could blame her? She alone knows that I'm here to be judge, jury, and most likely, executioner of her friends. Yet she is my key to saving some of them. Without her, they all will die.

"Dangereuse St. Richard is a deadly distraction. Something about her is reawakening a heart I thought was long dead. But in a race against evil, the only hope mankind has is that I do my duty. And how can I do my duty when it means that I will have to sacrifice the only woman I've ever loved?"

Love in vein: listen to another Dark-Hunter novel.

Great Audio.

I love all of Sherrilyn Kenyon's books, this one is not my favorite, but it is good all the same. I have a harder time with woman as dark hunters, that is just my own hang up though. Fav's are Dance with the Devil and Devil may Cry.

This was alright, learned more about Acheron.

This was a tepid story at best, but the thing I really like about it was you found out more about Acheron's back story and that is what I'm dying to find out about. It was a good listen, nothing wrong with it, but I never bought the chemistry and once again there was the miracle save at the end and THAT is getting old. So the back story and finding more out about the demons was definetly worth the listen.

One of my favorite Dark Hunter books yet!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes. Fred Berman is excellent narrator. The story is a great read as well; funny, sad, sexy - all at the same time.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Sins of the Night?

I loved the way Alexion tried to figure out why humans do what they do. The ending was great too - but I won't give anything in the review.

What does Fred Berman bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I could listen to him daily speak in the voice he uses for Alexion. After I finished it the first time, I immediately listened to it again. I could not get enough of Alexion.

Any additional comments?

It is a must read - it also gives you some very detailed back ground about Acheron.

Signs of the Night

I love all of the Dark Hunter series. This one is one of the best. It has everything and more in a paranormal romance book. I have reread it many times and this narrator was awesome. Anything by Sherrilyn Kenyon is fantastic.

Another Great Story!

As usual I loved this Dark Hunter book. I love almost all Kenyon books. Incredible imagination, knowledge and talent combined with Fred Berman's great performans makes it irresistible :-)
The only time I had to fast forward an audio book by Kenyon was Acheron.I am not fond of violence , torture that is why I had problems with listening to Acheron( Although it was an exceptional story I couldnt take the violence ) and I didnt even attempt to listen to Styx.
I have all of Kenyon's books except Styx :-)

Love this series! Have listened multiple times.

The Dark Hunter series is the perfect mix of romance, action and humor. Holds your interest while making you swoon. Narration is fantastic. I have listened to this series more than once, which is a rarity for me.

Dark Hunters are Sinful

While this isn't one of my favorites, you can't go wrong with any of Kenyon's books, and on audio they are even more sexy with the character's accents done with professional narration. *Important to read this series in order*
