Libro que todo paraguayo debe leer
Narra de manera amena lo ocurrido en la época de la guerra de la triple alianza. Me hizo trasladarme al tiempo y me hace sentir más patriota al terminar de leerla. La ironía de la vida se acentúan en tiempos de guerra y la injusticia que cometieron con el Paraguay está más que evidente. Lectura más que recomendada.

Imprescindible como paraguayo !
Todos deberían leerlo, si, si novela pero la historia no es como nos contaron, y cómo decía mi papa el que no sabe si historia la repite... pude recorrer hermosos paisajes y estar en la piel de cada personaje sintiendo la esperanza y desesperación ante un inminente desastre.. realmente llevamos la garra guaraní desde nuestro nuestros antepasados

Ojalá tuviera libros como este en mis tiempos del colegio. Las clases de historias serian mucho más interesantes.
Me sentí muy presente y comprometido con cada relato, fue como si yo tuviera tomado una máquina del tiempo en esta emocionante y conmovedora historia de pasión, honor y sufrimiento.
