It might be just me, but i forget about the whole neck massage and how helpful that would be. But either from breathing, stretching, or all these awesome points to prevent burnout are quite helpful. If you've ever expienced fist clenching, jaw biting, restlessness, low energy, upset stomach, headaches, feeling terrible, our body is obviously trying to tell us something. This audiobook was awesome about body awareness, and learning how to pay attention to ourselves. We need to practice body awereness because theres so much going on in life, and these simple or more complex ideas and examples are a great way to conquer anxiety. Depression is more than a bad mood, and the author did a great job changing the hardest part of your day into a great emotional intelligence understanding where you can heal you mind and body.

My 14 year old daughter struggles with anxiety. This book teaches simple activities to calm, ground and reset. Teens are judgy and easily repulsed. The rationale given for trying these strategies are convincing (for a teen). Just enough info to stimulate their curiosuty but not too much that it bores them. The narrator is calm and encouraging.
