Sweet short story

This is my first story by Kim Cruea. At 40 minutes, this is an incredibly short but sweet story. In some respects I feel like the description is too long because it really does tell the entire story and took any mystery/anticipation it held. Justice gets her HEA and that's all that matters.

I've listened to and enjoyed a lot of stories by Holly Holt before. As always she has a pleasant voice and does a good job giving each character their own unique sound.

I'm not sure if the responsibility is on the narrator or someone in production, but there was at least one time where Holt misspoke, stopped, restarted and that was left in. For such a short story it's a shame it wasn't edited better.

The Road to Justice

This was such a sweet short listen! Poor Justice survives her families brutal murder. Her aunt wont have anything to do with her because she is still a child and needs adult help and refuses to talk. So shes put into foster care. Poor thing has a rough go at it but she finds friends there that love her. This is such a warming story. Very well written and great for the fact its only 41 minutes!! Holly Holt did a great job telling this sweet little story.

Justice Forever

Short Story Press Presents Road to Justice
By: Short Story Press, Kim Cruea

A very short quick listen. After a young girl's family is murdered, she suffers muteness. Her aunt can't be bothered with her special needs. She's sent to foster care where she meets people both willing to help and love her; and others that are overly strict and unloving. Will Justice find a forever home? Take a few minutes and listen to this short story.

The narration was well done. The characters were well portrayed. Holly Holt brought this to life.

Road to Justice

Such a touching story. When tragedy strikes, Justice ends up traumatized, orphaned, and in the foster care system. The bonds that she forms leads her to a happier place.

For being such a short story, the author really packs an emotional punch. The narration was also very well done.
