Publisher's Summary

"Standing here in front of you today, sharing my story - this wasn’t supposed to be my reality. There’s not a day that goes by that I don’t ask myself: What could I have done different? Was there anything I could have done to prevent this heartache; to prevent this tragedy? To wake up and feel whole again? And regardless of every possible scenario I came up with, there was always a way around it,” Yvonne said as she wiped tears from her eyes and composed herself.

“I shouldn’t be standing before you today. I shouldn’t feel this pain; but because this is now my reality, I’m sharing my story with you.”

She’s only 15.

New to audio books

Love the dialogue but they should’ve used a mans voice for the men parts of the story. Overall loved and enjoyed the book.

True to life.

I would have preferred a male and a female narrator. Narrator a bit distracting. No real surprises in the story line. The author's words were effective. I felt every emotion. Very believable dialogue... every bit as as annoying as teens and millennials sound.
