And I will never listen to another AI performance again. Absolutely terrible and painful to get through

Shattered heart

I love this book, the writing was amazing. I wish if it wasn’t in virtual voice, it took so much away from the performance and the story talent. This book would be amazing with dual real voices. The virtual voice is distracting. It’s not a steady pace like a human voice so your ears pick it up fast. I’m glad it was free, but I would not get any book from this author if it’s gonna be virtual voice.

I think this was a great book. I enjoyed the story. The voice was weird but it was fine.

pretty good for a mafia story. action great romance great. Virtue voice was good for fake voices.

But where is the other twin?

Wish the ending was different, a big part of the story is left unresolved a part that is important to the story

I don’t care for the virtual voice. It is missing feelings and emotions. Not sure if I would purchase another book using this technology.

Seriously, train your AI better

I’m not even 20% through this and I’m ready to throw down. The story is intriguing; I’m invested. But the rampant mispronunciations and weird emphasis take this listener out of the story over and over and OVER. I’ll be hesitant to purchase anything narrated by AI after this. What a waste of money and time.

Disappointed….

I absolutely loved this story, and was so excited to hear it on Audible. The AI voices ruined it. No emotion, everything felt so sterile like a text book. Definitely disappointed with the AI :(

The story was really good I enjoyed the characters.

The audio was too robotic lacked emotion and it had a few mistakes like reading "Harper apostrophe s" randomly instead of Harper's.

Virtual voices

This book is good enough for real voices. Although I prefer the male and female voices over a single narrator, virtual voice makes enough errors to grate on my nerves a little. I gave the story 5 stars because I liked the characters and story line. I’ll definitely read or listen to another.
