Even deeper than before. My lack of response answered the question for me. I think this was the reaction Seth was hoping for since he leaned in really close. Full of surprises
I actually enjoyed this book more than the first one and the first one was great! There were so many surprises in this book that I didn't expect... all the way to the end. The story is very captivating and you feel that you know the characters so well. I really liked Maddox in the beginning and had so much hope for him. I won't spoil it for anyone else but I will say he surprised me too! The narrator did a good job with the voices and pulling the listener into the story. I wonder if there will be a 3rd?
