nothing new, and nothing to write home about

If someone only starts to listen to this kind of genre / stories, then it could be entertaining.
John le Carré and other great writers long ago "revealed" these tricks of the trade.
Other than that, very thin. One could almost feel the sorrow of this couple, struggling to make a living, outside the sheltered live of the agency.
The so called "arc of tension" wasn`t present. Well, basically no "cliffhangers".
I only bought it, because I was intrigued by a podcast of Steve Bartlett.
Well there you have it, the marketing at least worked.

Started with a big promise

And ended with a whimper. I followed Andy via YouTube and all the podcasts and he was very interesting. The premise of this book was was very hyped and that is the reason I bought it. But it was overpromised, nothing special to this story. I took the bait, so I want to warn others - skip this book.
