Excellent
I was hesitant to listen to this book, since the summary sounded like it was going to be pretty dark and depressing. I'm so glad I did it anyway. It's such a beautiful story. I'm still choked up!

Shade & Lily
No spoilers. So much to say but I will try to condense. Story was fast moving, light BDSM, mystery, tears, angst, voyeurism,humor, and drama.
MMC was arrogant, manipulative, a Dom, kinky and always wanted to play. The FMC was sensitive, a Submissive, abusive childhood, needed counseling and was always apologizing for nothing.
As in the previous books according to the original 8 the female needs 6 markers to be part of the Last Riders MC club for everyday orgies. According to the MMC it’s their way or no way the FMC have change their views on sex.

My all time favorite book!!!!
I absolutely am in love with Shade!!! This book is by far my all time favorite. Jamie Begley is one of my all time favorite writers and she just blew it out of the ballpark with this book. It has it all... hot alpha male, dominate/submissive relationship, romantic, funny, thrilling and panty melting sex scenes. I strongly recommend it to all the romance lovers out there. Buy it and I promise you will not regret it. You will find yourself going back to this book....In fact I have reread this book so many times and I still get emotional when it read it. It’s just so damn good!!!!

Every emotion
I ready many of Jamie Begley’s books years ago but since I have some eyesight issues listening has become my new pastime I am getting to listen to all of them! She makes me feel almost every emotion one can. I have cried, laughed out loud, been mad and lastly smiled. These books are different than most biker romance and some of it is really out there but they still take me into a different world that I know is fiction so therefore it’s ok if it’s not a perfectly written fictional book that can all actually happen. That’s one thing I want is to be taken from my reality into a relatively fictional book that may have some extreme moments that may not actually be possible.

Toughness
Loved this book every time I read it. Lily may seem weak but she is one of the toughest women alive and Shade is about to find out how tough this sweet woman is. Great performance by Elizabeth Hart.
