Her first case seems like a simple murder, but the investigation uncovers a counterfeiting ring and a conspiracy that threatens to destroy their fragile democracy.

Strike a Match is a transatlantic thriller set in a world of rationing and ruins, democracy and despotism, steam trains and smart phones. This is not the story of how the apocalypse is survived, but of what happens next.

Definitely an interesting story.

It was a very interesting storyline and some interesting characters. Not familiar with England and the geography, I was a bit lost at times.

Overall a good listen to those interested in crime and post apocalyptic worlds.

Great start.

Nice worldbuilding. More of a steampunk feel than post-apocalypse. Might be a little difficult if you don't ken geography of Great Britain. Fun characters. Great narrator.
