Thankfully, this isn't a complete book on coaching. It's a helpful book on coaching though - and a good one at that. Amir's approach to coaching makes a lot of sense, and in this book he tells it like it is, which I'm thankful for.

Biggest insight? I should get a coach myself. Been resisting that for years. Time to change that stance and act on it.

It gets right to the point without all of the 'extras' or fillers that other books think are necessary. You will definitely walk way from this book with at least one life altering idea - listen to it again and you'll get another - don't pass this up!

Don't be deterred by its length...

A real nice read (listen) for coaches. You'll certainly be able to relate to a lot of situations, doubts and solutions that you have faces in the past ... along with alternate pathways that you could choose. I liked quite a few suggestions and will build on them. Really liked: "Take the first insight, respect it and run with it ! Don't wait to collect them all..." :)
