Initially I was overwhelmed by truths....I hurt....As I kept listening....My world opened up...What an enlightment.

Hard, but worthwhile work

Britten's voice is hard to get used to, some of her examples are hard to relate to, and some of her questions are too intertwined with text, but it's worth it if you're ready for change! Be prepared for a great deal of discomfort if you have been living a life that doesn't reflect your true values. You will not be able to continue going through the motions if you truthfully answer the questions she poses. I had to divide the book into several segments just to allow the people in my life to adjust to the changes that were inevitable after each chapter.

Change your life in 3 months (It takes a while)

I like the content, but I felt it should have been broken down further into more books by the author. I was a lot to absorb and act on in the expected 30 days.

Amazing

I saw Rhonda at a presentation, she is a gifted and insightful speaker. This book and her methods are changing my life in great and unexpected ways.
