While this is read well and has good content regarding down payment assistance resources, a great chunk of the book is a massive list of programs. No one wants to listen to names being read for 45 minutes nor can they accurately review and utilize the information.

Excellent Guide and Informative
I bought my 1st home in Illinois in 2005. I did some of the steps mentioned but after listening to this audio book I realized the steps that I skipped. If I would’ve heard this book before I bought my first home, it would’ve saved me so much money and time. I recommend this book to home buyers period.
