“Dramatic” and teetering on over sentimentality

This story started out intriguing but the main character is slow on the uptake and the writing give way to a saccharine romance. Although Aoife McMahon is my all time favorite narrator, this is not her best work.

Excellent historical paranormal romance

I found this to be a gripping, atmospheric story, very well told, with memorable characters
