Great info, esp considering it's dated - so much still rings very true. Fun to listen to the dialect, too.

Will even purchase the hard copy after listening

What an amazing guide, so detailed. The audiobook was amazing, although I played it a faster speed.

SLOW and EASY wins the race!

We are expecting our first child in just a few weeks and my wife has been working her way through Tracy’s book since she received it at a shower late last year. I almost never have time to read anymore so the unexpected surprise of this ~20 year old book getting an audio addition just weeks before our due date was most welcome! The narrator was truly delightful and made this a quick and enjoyable listen! Tracy has passed on some great tips that I am looking forward to trying on our lad when he arrives in a few weeks! She makes it all sound so E.A.S.Y!

outdated information

I couldn't finish this book. I felt like alot of information in it was outdated and frankly the narrator's voice annoyed me.

Worth the read, but skip half

I like this book and have referenced some chapters over and over while using her methods of sleep training. However the first half of the book is a bunch of fluff. I would recommend simply because the sleep concept does work
