This is an excellent book. It held my attention from the start. Caleb is back from the war and takes a job spying on Nathan. Abby is engaged with him. Caleb ends up looking after Abby and keeping her safe. Nathon is a rich arrogant person. Vanessa causes all kinds of prolbems. Caleb falls for Abby and her him. I love this series. Leonor Woodworth does a great job narrating this book.

Another great book in the series!

I’m going to listen to them all again once I finish the series. The whole series is fantastic, well written, and with interesting characters. They are standalone novels that can be read out of order. I’m reading mostly in order.

I especially love that they are, like me, imperfect but truly trying to become better with God’s help. A little romance and mystery adds interest as well.

Great Narration & Story

Caleb a wounded veteran finding a job with his brother, a private investigator, doing surveillance on a woman. The father in law wanting information, someone also has a deadly target on her. Learning in the army things are never what they seem.
For Abby working real estate, wanting to close this big sales. Things are not what she though, they are deadly.
A beautiful story that was enriched by Lenore the narration added to this story. Great story that tugs at yiur heart while reading. Showing faith, bravery and second chances.
