Totally fulfilling

I love the Texas Ranger series,but I love more the clean wholesome storyline. Wonderful!

Fun story

Love listening to the clean stories that can play with my family in the room. Enough suspense to keep engaged

Oh my what a story

I really enjoyed listening to this book. Again emotional roller coaster. I loved the characters in the book. I was kept on the edge of my seat trying to figure out what was going on. It’s surprising on who was involved at the end. I really didn’t expect that.

Engaging storyline and loved it

This story kept me engaged all the way through and I connected to most of the characters which is saying something. It's hard to connect to this many characters but Ms. Daley isn't a novice and her writing skills were spot on in this story, creating twists and turns. I had suspicions about the who at least halfway and they were confirmed. But it was how the story played out that kept me engaged. Wonderful everyday characters that I'd love to meet and know here in Texas.
Recommend for anyone interested in Texas Rangers, criminal process, revenge, family loyalty, and ranch life with a bit of second chance romance thrown in.
Ms. Robins had her hands full narrating and did fine.

great book

Alot of twist and turns in this one. Just when you think you got it all figured out the author turns a corner with a new twist. There is no way you can figure out the ending to this one. Loved. it

This is a great series. This is the third book in the series. You don't have to read them in order. I highly recommend this series.

Revenge

Texas Ranger Brody Calhoun's best friend has been injured in a supposed tragic accident and the local sheriff, a good friend has asked him for help. Help that will put him in close proximity to the one who got away, Judge Rebecca Morgan the victims sister.

Rebecca is presiding over a case that involves the Bratva. When more 'accidents' occur it becomes apparent that everyone close to her are potentially targets. But as Brody investigates he begins to question if he is seeing the whole picture. Is it really an open-and-shut case or is more at play than anyone realises.

With Rebecca's help, he compiles evidence involving cattle rustling, bribery, and dirty payoffs that shatter the entire community. Working together the two become closer and Brody starts to fall for Rebecca all over again. Brody uncovers a plot for revenge that puts everything on the line. His faith, his love, his life.

Margaret has written another excellent romantic suspense with compelling characters and a hero to die for. Roll on the next book.

It was very exciting!! I had a hard time not listening straight through to the end.

Narrator can’t portray men

Overall, the story was good. The narrator is not a good choice. Men sound awful, some character voices are used for the wrong characters at times. Other than this being a very preachy series, it’s ok.
