I was pleasantly surprised to be surprised. Complex plot, misdirection. A fun listen. Mr. Dealer hit this one out of the park.

Enjoyable Short By J.D.
Fine little short story by Mr. Deaver. I liked the premise and this is right up there with his novels. If you like J.D's writing I would recommend this book. Aaron Shedlock does a good job narrating.

A well written short story with a predictable twist at the end. It's as if Deaver is just calling in these quickies between his greater works. The stories are like quick snacks to tide you over until you can devour a satisfying full book.

Detailed and interesting short story
The author mentioned people and details of poetry history which got me exploring for accuracy. I credit this book for adding to my education and being very well written. Now I want to read more Jeffery Deaver books. Good job, Mr. Deaver!
