Excellent.

I loved Say Something. Being bullied is the worst. When I think back to the mean girl squad in high school, it turns my stomach. Excellent book. Amy Putt did an excellent job with the narration.

Forgiveness is what makes love real.

I hope u all read this story word for word.
Because abuse is a cancer that can destroy lives. I know! Love is the only thing that can conquer abuse. And kindness from friends and family.
But happiness with the one person your heart wants wins over abuse. Please read this story because it has a lot of good emotions in it too.
The author done a wonderful job with this book.
I think it should be made into a movie 🍿 where the meaning and love will be seen and felt by so many.

Emotional story about growing up!

Teenagers Toni and Jessie have been hiding their relationship, but when a note gets intercepted, Jessie is “outed” and Toni denies everything. Ten years later, Toni comes face to face with her past regret, when attorney Jessie takes on her case of workplace misconduct.

I have to say this book felt more like women’s fiction than a romance novel. Lots of verbal and emotional abuse but told with much sensitivity. I’m an avid reader, but I listened to this book on Audible. It may have given me a clearer perspective on what each of these women have been going through from struggling childhoods to struggling in the workplace. I really had to “listen” to their words, not just read at my normal rate, and it made me really “feel “ for each of them. Is it really possible to forgive the one who had offended you? Can you somehow move beyond that together?

Miss Winters tackled the big issues of bullying, abuse, self-harm and rejection. When this happens to you as a child, do you have the skills, support and resilience to overcome these huge obstacles as adults? Well done, Jade Winters!

I very much enjoyed listening to the British narrator. It made it feel authentic!

More please...

Well written, tackles some difficult topics with tact. The characters are well developed by the end of the novel. The story is a journey many humans can relate to and others should be aware of. Worth listening to. The auditor did a wonderful job; I'd listen to other stories she narrates.

Great book

This book got my attention right away. It was a heartbreaking at times and very beautiful and sexy sometimes. It had a message about bullying that everyone should here. Most of all it had happy ending. I just wish it could have keep going. Oh and I loved the narrator. She did an amazing job.
