Publisher's Summary

Deception and betrayal always carry a price, and sooner or later, someone has to pay.

For a long time, Terry King and Damien Wolfe have dodged those debts while the people around them paid - in loneliness, grief, constant fear, and the loss of innocent lives. But no more.

It's time to settle up, and though the difference between victim and villain isn't always clear, this familiar band of hackers, spies, and federal agents are holding nothing back. Questions are answered, hidden motives are revealed, secrets are brought to light, and this dangerous adventure comes to a conclusion.

Partnerships ruined by betrayal. Lovers tested by secrets. Families broken by lies.

With everything around them in shambles, which relationships will endure?

And when the story comes full circle...who will come out alive?

Contains mature themes.

Excellent Series!

I LOVED this series. I've ready many of her trilogies but this one was a special kind of magic. The storyline evolved as an intricate tapestry of details that was masterfully woven together. I was deeply invested each of the characters as she scaffolded the stories of their lives. I loved being guided deeper and deeper into the mystery of their chemistry with each other. Also, Wesleigh Siobhan is incomparable. She never lets me down with her delivery of these multi-faceted characters. She's truly incredible. Bravo Christina C. Jones...this steamy, complicated, emotional journey was impeccably written.

Great conclusion to the series!

The final installment of the 3 book series was just what I needed. It gave closure to all the various characters’ storylines. It also kept me thoroughly engulfed in the story with all its twists and turns. I highly recommend reading all 3 of the books from the “If You Can” series! Narrators were awesome of course!

these are my cousins

First of all, I wanted to listen to the whole series before critiquing Mr. Leon's narration, which was the ONLY thing that turned me off the entire series. I mean, Wesleigh's male voice was more enticing than Mr. Leon's - and you gotta call him "Mister Leon" because he sounds like your 7th grade geography teacher reading a passage from Galatians. I was embarrassed listening to him curse, let along describe a sxx scene. See?! I can't even type his name and the word sex in the same sentence. It's like meeting your elementary best friend's dad for the first time and listening to him read the sick and shut in list. My girl Wesleigh definitely saved the day in this entire series. Idk what Jacobi was doing when it was time to read for these but I need a do-over. OTHER THAN THAT, I loved it. The twists, the affections, the heart-wrenching revelations - omg you had me falling out AT WORK. Literally, like, I told my coworkers to stop talkin to me because i know damn well that wasnt his mama??? Five Star Enterprises - from Chad & Monica to even Damian as the Devil Himself all hold a special place in my heart now..except Terry. Terry can go to hell. Naomi may have said she was done, but please don't let this be the end of this world.

C for the series

I bought all 3 books in the series hoping it would get better BUT if I could do it again I wouldn’t have. Some of CCJ ‘s books are boring but I think the narrators can make or break her storylines and Leon Nixon was so dry and boring that Wesleigh (who I love to listen to) couldn’t save him. Jakobi Diem would have been a much better choice. By book 2 and 3 everything was predictable and reminded me of the free hood novels on audible where everything is thrown together for shock value. I will not give up on this author though because I’ve loved a lot of her books. This just wasn’t it for me.

If You Can

I enjoyed this series as a whole. Not an absolute fan of how things shook out with the 'villian' of the story, but that aside, I liked the twists and turns, the revelations had me gasping a time or two.
