Publisher's Summary

The boy I knew is gone.

Maisy

Rule follower. Straitlaced. Goody-goody. I’m as well-behaved as they get, but then the worst thing ever happened to me...I caught the interest of the bad boy. Wilder isn’t the same guy I idolized when we were kids. He made that clear the day he moved back to Ridgeview. He hunts me, stalks me, surrounds me from all sides. I’m his new favorite plaything. Again. Last year was bad enough, but as graduation looms his claws are in me once more and he refuses to let go. And worst of all? I think I like it.

The Wilder name is a curse.

Fox

Pristine. Perfect. Fake. Once upon a time we were friends. Then her family destroyed mine. In return, I’ll destroy hers. I’m the resident black shadow this town fears. Whispers about. Everyone remembers that a Wilder means bad news. My sweet daisy should fear me because she’s the key piece in my revenge plot against her crooked parents. I’m not her friend anymore. I’ll take them all down, starting with her.

Note: Savage Wilder is book four of the Sinners and Saints series but can be enjoyed as a stand-alone. This audiobook is a dark new-adult high school bully romance, recommended for listeners 18 or older and contains mature themes and content that some listeners might find triggering or offensive. Savage Wilder

Savage Wilder is the fourth book in the Sinners and Saints series. This book is told from dual perspectives from Fox and Maisy. Fox and Maisy and Maisy's brother were best friends growing up. Something happened and Fox had to move away.

Now years later he's back with a vengeance. He blames Maisy and her family for what happened to his family, and how he had to grow up. He treats Maisy badly at school. Maisy wants to know what happened to her best friend, and she does what she can to get to know what Fox is up to.

Once Maisy gets through to Fox they both work to find out the truth about what happened to his family. Maisy's parents want her to be the perfect daughter and don't really care for her feelings. As Fox and Maisy grow closer together, can they find out what really happened to his parents? Can Maisy get out of her parent's thumb? Will Fox forgive Maisy for what he thinks she did to wrong him?

I really liked this book and plan to read more by this author!

Fox & Maisy

I loved this book and this series. Narration was excellent. I'm so in love with hearing Michael Gallagher. I find his voice so sexy. Stephanie Rise has became one of my favorites as well. One of the best things about a Veronica Eden book, besides her awesome ability to tell a good story with hot love scenes is that her books are done in duet narration. I love it!! I highly recommend this book and this series. The books can be standalones. but its much better listened to in order.

Good Listen

Enjoyed the book, but I got sidetracked occasionally which means I probably got bored. Still I'm glad I listened to most of it. Fox and Maisy are 2 teenagers with rotten parents, but they managed to come together again and solve the murder of Fox's parents, recapture their childhood love. Although, at 8 or 9, love between 2 kids is a little farfetched.

Amazing series conclusion!

Book four in the Sinner and Saints series continues with an amazing enemy to lovers story. Fox Wilder is back and ready to seek his revenge for the death of his parents. And who better to target, but the daughter of the people who had them killed! Maisy used to be his best friend, but when he was thrown into the foster care system, everything changed. Unable to deny the attraction between them, despite the Fox's attempts to degrade her, the two are drawn together. And once the truth is revealed, their bond will never be broken! But what is that saying, be careful what you wish for, because not everything that is revealed is expected. Suspense, drama, angst, love, Eden brings it all to us in this fantastic conclusions to her series! I am going to miss these friends!

Michael Gallagher and Stephanie Rose are so well cast to these characters, I could not imagine anyone else giving them voice. Gallagher has an edge that includes vulnerability, perfect for Fox. You can hear the hurt, along with the anger, and it's just perfect. Maisy has a lot to her, from dealing with Fox, and then her selfish family and her array of emotion is all over. Rose harnesses every one and creates an amazing personality. These two work well together and I loved it.

Sooo good!

Fox Wilder is a bad boy, he hasn't always been so mad at the world, but life has kicked him one too many times.

Maisy Landry misses her childhood best friend and doesn't know who this monster is that he has become. She doesn't understand what happened while he was away to cause this rift between them.

I didn't think I could love anybody more than Devlin and Blaire but boy did Fox and Maisy prove me completely wrong. I am obsessed with this couple. I have read this book 3 times already and it's only been on my kindle for a week... I can't get enough of them!

Fox has had a hard time over the past few years and he blames Maisy and her family, he has a revenge plot and is determined to see it through no matter the consequences.

Fox is the perfect bully bad boy, he is rude and ruthless and smart about his revenge, and yet he is the sweetest and most caring at the same time and let me just say I was THERE FOR IT!! I couldn't get enough of him. Also can I just point out that I love the fact that Maisy was different.. I won't give anything away but she wasn't the typical sweet innocent girl like everyone else, she was unique and I loved her all the more for it.

I loved these two and their dynamic, I loved the suspense throughout the book too. It was the perfect mix of love story and on the edge of your seat suspense. Now I can't wait to meet the Crowne Point guys and get their stories.

I love Michael Gallagher's voice! It's so smooth and easy. I love listening to him, and Stephanie Rose was a perfect Maisy!
