Publisher's summary

The boy I knew is gone.

Maisy

Rule follower. Straitlaced. Goody-goody. I’m as well-behaved as they get, but then the worst thing ever happened to me...I caught the interest of the bad boy. Wilder isn’t the same guy I idolized when we were kids. He made that clear the day he moved back to Ridgeview. He hunts me, stalks me, surrounds me from all sides. I’m his new favorite plaything. Again. Last year was bad enough, but as graduation looms his claws are in me once more and he refuses to let go. And worst of all? I think I like it.

The Wilder name is a curse.

Fox

Pristine. Perfect. Fake. Once upon a time we were friends. Then her family destroyed mine. In return, I’ll destroy hers. I’m the resident black shadow this town fears. Whispers about. Everyone remembers that a Wilder means bad news. My sweet daisy should fear me because she’s the key piece in my revenge plot against her crooked parents. I’m not her friend anymore. I’ll take them all down, starting with her.

Note: Savage Wilder is book four of the Sinners and Saints series but can be enjoyed as a stand-alone. This audiobook is a dark new-adult high school bully romance, recommended for listeners 18 or older and contains mature themes and content that some listeners might find triggering or offensive. Please proceed with caution.

Fox is the True Bully in this Story!

I have listened to every Sinners and Saints audiobooks, and I think this is my least favorite of the group of books. I think this one was the real high school bully book as I don’t think the other boys were too mean compared to Fox. He was brutal. I also thought the steamy scenes were too much for a high school romance book. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t mind steamy, I just like when the characters can develop more of a story first.

Although Fox was really cruel, his story still breaks my heart. There is a huge mystery in this story that isn’t revealed until the middle of it. Yet, when that is revealed then there something else on top of it. It was a bit of an adrenaline rush. I did like how the friends were interwoven in the story, and I liked the protectiveness that Fox had once he got over his hatred for Maisy.

I thought the series was going to be over, but the author leaves you on a cliffhanger. She sets the stage for the next character and I’m excited about what happens to that person.

Once again, the narrators killed it!

Fox & Maisy

I loved this book and this series. Narration was excellent. I'm so in love with hearing Michael Gallagher. I find his voice so sexy. Stephanie Rise has became one of my favorites as well. One of the best things about a Veronica Eden book, besides her awesome ability to tell a good story with hot love scenes is that her books are done in duet narration. I love it!! I highly recommend this book and this series. The books can be standalones. but its much better listened to in order.

revenge

Mystery, lies, secrets, bullying revenge, kidnapping , this story has it all. Fox Wilder 10 years after the death of his parents, Wants to get revenge on Maisy and her family. He has information about the car accident that killed his parents.
He tormented her in school every chance he got. Breaking down her perfect goody goody girl image.
Maisy, a wild child on the inside, had to keep up appearances in public. Her parents were all about show. In public, they appeared to be a loving family, but behind closed doors her life was different.
This story has many twists and turns. Everything isn't as it seems to Maisy and Fox. Their life intermingled with the secrets and danger both parents were hiding.
Stephanie Rose and Michael Gallagher bring the angst and intensity needed for this teen bully enemies to lovers story.

Appearances are deceiving And memories fail us

Prim and Proper Maisy. Perfect on the outside. The ultimate Good Girl. And Fox who has been through more than any kid should have to. He has revenge on the brain and his target is Maisy. He will break down her facade and uncover the truth.

Maisy is made of tougher stuff than I am. Fox really liked to throw all he had at her and she somehow kept going. I really enjoyed their relationship and how it developed. There is defitely a lot happening in this story and it keeps you on your toes.

The narration is awesome.

Dark High School Bully Romance

Savage Wilder by Veronica Eden is a dark new adult high school bully romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Stephanie Rose and Michael Gallagher. This is the forth book in the Sinners and Saints series and can be read as a standalone.

The book comes with a warning: "This mature new adult romance contains dubious situations, bullying, blackmail, crude language, and intense sexual/violent content that some readers might find triggering or offensive. Please proceed with caution."

I absolutely love Veronica's books! She does an amazing job pulling me into the story. I loved the relationship that bloomed between Fox and Maisy. I really enjoyed getting both of their points of view throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

Stephanie and Michael did an amazing job on the narration. They both really know how to bring a story to life. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.

I would highly recommend this book if you like dark romances, bully romances, or enemies-to-lovers romance.

Perfect end of the standalone book series

I'm loving the Sinners and Saints series by Veronica Eden. Each book just gets better and better. This one is my favorite. This can easily be enjoyed as a standalone, but there is a nugget at the end to lead into another book/series. The storyline is great with likable characters. Well, the ones that are supposed to be likable. The twist broke my heart. Loved Maisy's personality so much. Fox most definitely had to redeem himself. The ending was perfect!

Stephanie Rose and Michael Gallagher are excellent narrators. Their performances were perfect and allowed the audiobook to run like a movie in my head. They pulled me into the story. Loved it.

Savage Wilder

Savage Wilder is the fourth book in the Sinners and Saints series. This book is told from dual perspectives from Fox and Maisy. Fox and Maisy and Maisy's brother were best friends growing up. Something happened and Fox had to move away.

Now years later he's back with a vengeance. He blames Maisy and her family for what happened to his family, and how he had to grow up. He treats Maisy badly at school. Maisy wants to know what happened to her best friend, and she does what she can to get to know what Fox is up to.

Once Maisy gets through to Fox they both work to find out the truth about what happened to his family. Maisy's parents want her to be the perfect daughter and don't really care for her feelings. As Fox and Maisy grow closer together, can they find out what really happened to his parents? Can Maisy get out of her parent's thumb? Will Fox forgive Maisy for what he thinks she did to wrong him?

I really liked this book and plan to read more by this author!

Amazing enemies to lovers story

This is my second book to read in the group of 4 stand alone books (but have small connections) and I know I’ll be reading the other two now because I’ve loved these two so much! (Other one was Tempting Devil). I gave this a 4 instead of a 5 for story because the end seemed to go on and on and was a bit repetitive and I wanted to see how it ended sooner. The performance was perfection! The narration is almost more important to me than the story when it comes to audible. If it’s off I just can’t listen to it. HEA ending

Fox and Maisy

This has turned out to be an awesome series. I have listened or read each book. I listened totally out of order which I am not sure I have ever done but it did not take anything away from each story. I think Fox was so hot. I love how Maisy was such a self confident soul. There was a ton of spice, suspense and the unknown involved in this story. I am really eager to read more about the Crows. Stephanie and Michael do an amazing job each book I listen with them narrating.

Savage Wilder

This is the fourth book in the Sinners and Saints series. This book is incredibly intense. So much is uncovered in this book. Fox and Maisy have so much history together. They were friends as kids and Fox said he was going to marry Maisy in the future. Then their worlds changed literally overnight. Now Fox is back and is turning both of their worlds upside down. This is a steamy bully, enemies to lovers, second chance romance. Can't wait to finally learn more about Wren and the Crows. Stephanie Rose and Michael Gallagher are absolutely phenomenal narrating in duet style.
