‘Santa’s Sweetheart’ was my first Janet Dailey book. It was pretty good. I was confused at first by the year at the beginning but reread the part about Maggie being the Mayor in a prior book-so ok this was a flashback. I also found it hard to believe a little girl would so quickly want a new mom for her dad after her own mom had been dead only a year.

Excellent story
love the story and enjoyed listening to it as I crafted holiday gifts. Dailey is an incredible story teller
