THis is a great listen

I may listen to this again sometime. I loved the narration. I loved the story. It was great all around. Lord Salt is kinda sexy!

Romance At Its Finest

I originally chose this book because of its cover. Very shallow of me, but there it is. The book starts off fast paced and continues with excellent reading delving deeper into the plot. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and the author’s writing. I’ve already arranged to read another of her books.

Absolutely engrossing

There were three offerings - two novels and one novella. If I could divide up my rating, I would give the first 2 stories a 5 and the last novella a 3. So I ended up with a 4. I really connected with the female lead, Jayne, and the male lead, Salt, or Magnus. They are great characters. There are many good supporting characters and a truly evil villain who appears in the first 2 books. I loved the little boy, Ned, in the second book. So cute. I also like the animals and the stuffed monkey..

The narrator is terrific. He does all voices exceptionally well.

Another great combination of Brant and Wyndham!

Story and narration here superb!! Very unique, colorful interesting characters. The first book the best...Salt Bride, how the story evolved....the other too not as much. But, lots of suspense and also laughter. Dianna's downfall tragic, but WOW! Scary!!
Last story, couple and surprize, cute!! In all, this Boxed Set not as good as The Roxton Saga.

Entertaining

I enjoyed the story but found the performance very poor. The reader read so fast. The women sounded upset , angry , anxious and short of breath most of the time. I wish the women were more mild and soft mannered not harsh.

A Great Read

This is a well written,, suspenseful story beautifully presented. I Totally enjoyed it. The well-drawn characters were enchanting or deliciously villaneous.

Swoon worthy!

Lucinda Brandt and Alex Wyndham can't be beat. This book was just plain awesome. You absolutely cannot go wrong when choosing this brilliant author. Of course Mr Wyndham brings life to every story. This truly was 23 hours of pure listening pleasure.

Loved every story. Well written. Wonderful narration. A little suspense. I’m going back for a reread and check on books read by this narrator. He did a tremendous job.
