I do not choose vampire books. I love KA, so I just grabbed this one. It is not something I would normally recommend but this is the exception.....if you like this genre it is a good one.

A different sort of Vampire lore
Read many V tales, this story creates a new path in Vampire lore. New rules and guidelines for V storytelling and world/backstory creation. The domination and breaking down of MFC was more of the psychological and emotional sort. Kept my interest in plot beyond the romantic angle.

Very Very Long But Good
This is a really interesting story and of course well written. I enjoyed the mystery but the STUBBORN WOMAN WRECKED NY NERVES. Still it's a great story. I loved it. Now book two. P.S . Excellent story, okay narration.
I adore this series, especially when I read it. The narration was just okay as it took a very long time to get used to her way of expressing anger for the male vampires. Didn't especially like that.
