Beneath the waves

Interesting story, however, I found it difficult to distinguish between characters during their conversations. The voice differentiation was poor and created confusion as to which character was actually carrying the conversation or thought. Sometimes difficult to follow.

Ali Vali is awesome!!

Im a huge Ali Vali fan and take every opportunity to read/listen to her books. This book was no exception. I enjoyed the world beyond and how she crafted it, made me want to go reread old books to relive the memories. The main characters were a great match and i liked the chemistry between them. The book had a bit of a mystique mixed with some mystery feel. I found myself playing detective through many parts and loving it. The one issue i had with the book was the narrator. She just didnt do it for me with the majority of the secondary characters. I got annoyed at the voices of them because they were the magnificent people but all sounded like they were 10..ugggghh. She did a fairly decent job on the main and male characters tho. Overall good book!

Love the Story

I enjoyed this book when it first came out. To be able to listen to it on audible is an added bonus. I believe Hadley was more the stud and was surprised by her feminine voice in this audible. Good book, great character build up and enjoyable.
