Publisher's Summary

She is crass, has attitude, drinks too much, and is the only living agent working for Queen Victoria, the paranormal queen.

In 1901, Queen Victoria passed away and took over the responsibilities of the paranormal court.

When Victoria ascends to the paranormal throne, she acquires the help of a human agent, code-named Rogue.

For well over a hundred years, this human has helped settle problems between the normal and the paranormal worlds. Usually with massive displays of attitude and disrespect. And a really, really bodacious set of...guns.

Now, Rogue has been sent to the Colonies to help stop a paranormal revolution.

Is Rogue over her head, or is someone trying to pull a fast one on her?

Either way, America better be ready, because this paranormal agent parties like it's still 1899!

Introducing ghost buster - Rouge

I have died and gone to heaven. Genevieve “Jennie” King aka Rouge is the baddest damn paranormal agent in the 19th century. She carries “Big Bitch” her gun, a bad ass attitude, and the authority to be judge, jury and executioner. The authority she gets because she carries Big Bitch and when there are problems Queen Victoria sends her in to deal with them. Jennie has been at her job for a few centuries. She is unique because she can see and interact with ghosts. She has seen a lot and done a lot all in the name of the queen. That is why she can call Queen Victoria, Vicky. So, off to New York she and her ghost side kick, Worthington, goes to kick some ghost ass. Worthington was a Beefeater in service to the queen.
There is gun action, paranormal action and offensive language. Jennie is a badass but what makes her an outstanding agent is her dedication to justice and fairness. She is an intelligent woman who takes immense pride in her work and her country.
Jennie and Worthington meet up with several fractions of ghosts and must determine what action to take. They have their assignment, put down the ghost insurrection. But things are not quite what they were told. There is supposed to be only one paranormal ghost agency and that is the queen’s. Every ghost in the world should be taking an oath to the queen. No exceptions.
There is a war between ghost fractions in the streets of New York and in the palace. The characters are interesting, funny and well developed. The plot was riveting. I hope you enjoy this as much as I did.

Nope..

I've like Michael Anderle books but this is too boring and it's too long.

No sex and the F-bomb was used 98 times.

As for the narration: Justine Eyre is not that good and not that bad.

Wonderfully written

My only complaint is the using the LORDs name in vain constantly in this book.
Other than that complaint I love the balance, witty humor and fresh writing of the author and smooth voice of the reader.
Can’t wait for more but please get more creative with your swearing.

A fresh new take on ghosts and the paranormal!

Rogue, Renegade and Rebel
In Her Paranormal Majesty's Secret Service, Book 1
By: Michael Anderle
Narrated by: Justine Eyre
This is the start to a very unusual and intriguing paranormal adventure featuring Rogue, gal with special abilities to not only see ghosts but tap into and use their powers. She can become invisible and walk through walls, and more. She is sent to America to put down a revolt but finds that its the Majesty's Service that is corrupt. There are so many great characters, unpredictable situations, exciting challenges, and love the plot! Good surprises and twists! I enjoyed this and can't wait to read more of this series! What a fun fantasy!
The narrator is super talented!

Interesting yes but... too repetitive.

"What are you?" " Your worst nightmare " how many times that phrase was uttered was ridiculous.. It made the story a bit annoying. Good storyline tho.

Rogue, Renegade and Rebel

What a fun story. Rogue AKA Jenny is a fun, sassy, kick ass red head. Rogue must save the spectral court from a corrupt queen. With the help of some new friends, an alliance with some old friends, she will kick ass from America to England.
