Publisher's summary

Parker Wilson has the life he's always wanted: an apartment in Brighton Pier, amazing family and friends, and a job he loves. With the invitation to his childhood best friend's engagement party, the safe haven he's created around himself is soon flooded with memories of the past. The roadblock he's taken years detouring soon becomes a reality he can no longer avoid. After six years, Parker will have to see Sarah's brother again—the only man he's ever truly loved.

After running away from the truth and moving to Boston, Jason Maxwell must finally face Parker again—and the guilt he's felt for leaving Parker all those years ago. After confronting the man who changed everything Jason thought he knew about himself, Jason realizes the miles he's put between them hasn't diminished what Parker means to him. Now, with the undeniable way he feels about Parker, Jason is determined to finally make things right.

Can a second chance finally land Jason and Parker on the path to happiness they've waited years for, or will they discover the final destination is actually the end of the road?

Contains mature themes.

Everything!

This is the second series I finished of yours. I am so in love with both your series so far. You are a fantastic writer and all these books are amazing! I fell in love with every single character and the growth that came with them. I am really sad to finish Haven’s Cove/Beyond the Cove. I am going to miss every character. All the emotions I went through reading the stories. I highly recommend these.

Loved it!

These two were a long time coming. So much heartache between the two of them. Patience and determination is what brought them back together. Love it

Much ado about nothing - especially from this series!

Having read books 1,3 and 5, this book falls flat in comparison to the other two. Significantly shorter, it feels as if Quinn lost steam in the series finale. Perhaps those seventy pages she didn’t put into this book might have contained what is detail that is missing.

While the book starts strong, and spends a lot of time alluding to this terrible thing that was done to Parker. Once the event, which is quite choppily told in flashbacks, fully unfolds - I was left thinking; is that all? Don’t go looking for the well defined and detailed histories of trauma and abuse that Novak or Rider survived. The other mild disappointment is that it doesn’t do much to move the previous stories along. Each of the other titles has taken place in the near future. This story runs mostly concurrent with book three, Appeal to You. The epilogue is wildly short and vague. The narration remains top notch and benefits the material. This isn’t a title I will revisit, unlike the other two I mentioned that I have listened to several times each. Not terrible, but for me, not worth the credit.
