Great insights from a very experienced professional. The book could use work in how it’s organized. The content could focus more on how the suggestions apply directly to Notary Loans Signing Agents but overall there are definitely gems to glean from.
The narrators voice is mono toned and he really needed to read each page over once before reading. There are mistakes where he reads a part twice over or he skips words altogether. You can hear where he runs sentences together because he didn’t pay attention to punctuation.

If your a notary YOU NEED THIS BOOK!
I’ve learned many different things from the book (do’s and dont’s) but what I took away mostly from it is to always have business mindset and not just a notary mindset this is a business it should be treated like it, this book will save you from many mistakes that could take years to find out definitely a must read. (I’m gonna go through again might have missed even more gems).

Innovative
This book was straight and precise in how to NOT see this profession from a one-dimensional standpoint.
Mr. Toledo is very passionate about this industry and it clearly shows in his forthright demeanor! It was also refreshing to hear him be transparent about the highs and the lows of this business and how he has faced adversity and now is a successful entrepreneur!
He could have easily kept this under his hat but he chose not to. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Trust and believe… it’s worth reading!!!

Not about how to become a notary
I purchased the book because I thought it would tell me about becoming a notary. It does not. The author assumes you are already a notary and provides ways to increase the notary business you have through other ancillary businesses and means.

Short on Specifics for Notaries
