Very eye opening!

I love this book. I resonate with all the things said. I don’t believe in diets and I think our bodies are our creation. I started using some of the tools suggested in the book and it is eye opening to see how much wisdom my body has, and how my body’s requirements defer from what my mind things should be done. It’s liberating! I don’t need to worry about doing the “right thing”. All I need to do is listen to my body. It knows what to do!
